We do not currently ship to countries which are not listed above.

You may liable for local sales tax or import duties as we ship on a delivery duty unpaid basis. There may be delays if your customs requires additional information or specific processing arrangements for your country.


We are happy to process returns for items within 28 days of purchase on our website. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in original condition of purchase.

We aim to process all returns within 14 days of receiving your returned items. We will email you to let you know the refund has been processed, though your bank may take a further 3-5 days to process the refund.

It is your responsibility to ensure your return item reaches us, so please keep proof of postage or courier. You may wish to upgrade your postage to a tracked service to ensure it is delivered to us.


Returns to the UK are processed free of charge. You can use Royal Mail return service to return items to us. Just follow these steps:

  1. Complete the return code column on the front side of the delivery note and place it in the parcel, along with the items you are returning and all tags and packaging.

  2. Take the Royal Mail return slip (including in the bottom of your original delivery) and attach it to the front of the parcel.

  3. Take the package to any Post Office counter and ask for proof of postage.


If you have ordered items outside of the UK will need to arrange for the return of items at your own expense. Please complete the return code column on the delivery note and place it in the parcel, along with the items you are returning and all tags and packaging.
