How do I make a purchase?
Just choose from either the “Woman” or “Man” collection above and browse through the items in our collection. Once you have found the one you want click on the item and explore the item in detail. You can then choose a size and a colour, then click “Add to Bag”. When you’ve finished you can then click “Check out” to complete your order.
Do I need to setup an account?
You do not have to setup an account with ENLIST. However you will be able to track your order via a personalise link we send you after purchase. And if you choose to receive updates we will email you from time to with information about our new collections.
I can’t access your website? Can you help?
Our website is designed to be accessible from all modern smartphones and desktop based internet browsers. If you have trouble viewing the site, first we ask that you close your web browser and come back in a few minutes. If you continue to have trouble accessing our website, please contact our customer service team.
I see an item is sold out, can I get more?
If an items is showing as “sold out” on the website then unfortunately there is no longer any stock for that item. We will update the website as soon as further items arrive.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Our website currently sells in British Pounds Stirling (£ GBP) only.
Which payment methods does ENLIST offer?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not currently offer payment through PayPal though we are looking to in the future.
Is your website secure? Is my personal information safe?
We take data protection seriously and we have designed our website to be as safe as possible To get technical: we have built EnlistStyle.com as a secure (or HTTPS) web platform. This means information transmitted between your browser is encrypted to avoid monitoring. Our ecommerce platform is PCI (Payment Card Industry) security compliant, meaning a secure environment is maintained to accept, process, store and transmit credit card information. And we make sure our partners sign up to the same security standards that we do.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do not currently offer gift cards.
How will I know what’s happening with my order?
We will email you to say that the email order has been received and again when the item has been despatched. Our courier company will also order you with more information about your delivery. If we for some reason have to cancel your order we will email you to tell you about that, and if you request a refund we will email to confirm when that has been processed.
When will my order arrive?
UK orders made before 6pm will usually arrive the next business day. You can see all information regarding delivery on our “Delivery and Returns page”.
Can I track my order?
We will email you with a tracking number once the order has been made ready for collection. Once the courier has collected and started to process the order the courier’s website will begin to show information about the order when you enter the tracking number.
Where do you deliver to internationally? How much does it cost?
We deliver to many countries. Visit our “Delivery and Returns page” for a full list including pricing and delivery timescales.
If I return a product how long will it take?
Upon receipt of your returned products we will process your refund within 14 days. We will email you when your refund is processed, though it may take another 3-5 working days for your bank to credit the refund to your account.
I want to exchange an item rather than return it, how can I do that?
We suggest you return the item following the return process that’s printed on the back of your delivery note and also on our “Delivery and Returns page”. You can order the replacement order through our website.
